A document arrives. It comes back answered.

QuexAI reads the RFPs, tender responses, security and due-diligence questionnaires your business receives, finds the wording you have already approved for each question, and writes it into the document itself.

RFP and questionnaire answers, put straight into the document.

QuexAI finds the relevant wording in the responses, policies and proposals your business has already signed off, then writes it into the RFP, tender response or questionnaire in front of you. You get the same document back, completed and ready to review.

It reads your own library

Previous responses, policies, proposals and completed forms — the content your business has already signed off.

It never invents, but it can rearrange

Answers are built from wording you have already approved — sometimes verbatim, sometimes assembled from several relevant passages — never from nothing.

It returns your document

It writes straight into your own Word, Excel or PDF file, and what it inserts isn’t confined to text: it can carry tables and/or images too.

You review before it goes

Review the completed document however suits you — in Word and Excel the QuexAI task pane accepts or rejects each answer in place.

What file types and forms it handles.

The point is no new workflow to learn. The document you were sent is the document you send back.

File types
Word, Excel and plain text. Structure, numbering, tables and images in the original are preserved, so the file you get back is the same file, only completed.
Document types
RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tender responses; security and third-party risk questionnaires; financial and client due-diligence questionnaires; and more. See the full list on what it covers.
Scale
Large, complex documents aren’t a problem. We’ve completed a library and request document running to around 500 questions, carrying extensive tables and images, without issue — most real-world RFPs and questionnaires are considerably smaller.
Web forms
Where a buyer asks you to complete a form on their own website rather than send a document, QuexAI can fill that in too.
Review
Open the completed document as you normally would and review it however suits you. For Word and Excel there is the QuexAI task pane, which is the quickest way to work through it — each answer accepted or rejected in turn, without leaving the file. In Word, every answer is written as a tracked change, so what QuexAI added is visible at a glance and can be accepted or rejected in Word itself.
Confidence
Every answer carries a confidence rating — High, Medium or Low — next to the source it came from, so you know at a glance which ones need a closer look before you send the document.
Coverage
Our coverage tool shows how well your library answered any completed document, question by question — covered, needing review, or a gap. Add missing answers once and they join the library, so the next form that asks the same thing is answered correctly.
Delivery
You are emailed when a document is finished, with the file attached or waiting for you on the dashboard, whichever you choose in your settings.
Gaps
Where your library genuinely has no exact answer, QuexAI tries to build one from relevant passages already in it. Only if that fails too does it look outside your library. Whichever it used, it’s flagged so you know exactly what you’re reviewing.
