What happens at each step.
- Training the AI
- Upload the material your business has already signed off — previous responses, policies, proposals, completed questionnaires. You do this once, and add to it whenever new approved material exists.
- Projects
- A library can be divided into projects — documents that belong together, for one product line, one region or one type of buyer. Each library document belongs to exactly one project. When you submit a form you choose which project answers it, so a bid for one part of the business is not answered out of another part’s material, or you choose all projects and draw on everything.
- Submitting
- Send documents that need completing by secure email or upload them from the dashboard. Just pick which project they should be answered from and QuexAI will do the rest.
- Answering
- Each question is matched against your library and answered in place, in the document itself — and the answer isn’t confined to text, it can carry tables and/or images too. How it decides what to use when there’s no exact match is covered on what it does.
- Turnaround
- Minutes rather than hours or days. How you’re notified and where the finished file waits for you is covered on what it does.
- Reviewing
- Open the completed document and review it however suits you, including the QuexAI task pane and, in Word, tracked changes — and every answer carries a confidence rating alongside its source. Full detail is on what it does.
- Coverage and gaps
